Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.

As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually going ahead.
